Who is responsible?
OMA Labs, Helsinki, Finland, is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Privacy questions can be sent to ville@omalabs.io.
What we collect
For early-access registrations, we collect the email address you provide. For investor and partner meeting requests, we may also collect your name, organisation, preferred meeting time and message.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to requests, organise meetings, share requested materials and send occasional OMA product updates. The legal basis is your consent and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before a potential business relationship.
Who processes it
Our website infrastructure and email-delivery providers process information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information or use it for tracking-based advertising.
How long we keep it
Early-access details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Meeting-request information is reviewed periodically and deleted when it is no longer needed for the conversation or related legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or object to its use by emailing ville@omalabs.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
Website analytics
OMA does not use tracking-based advertising. If privacy-preserving analytics are introduced, this notice will be updated before they are enabled.
